Great Time Waster Eliminated

You don’t realize it but in the next few minutes you are going to identify one of the biggest time wasters and know how to eliminate it. If you are like me you have attended more meetings than you care to admit to. You have paid money to listen to expert speakers give you ideas and solutions to your most pressing problems. You have probably spent countless hours discussing with well meaning coworkers alternative solutions.

And if you are like me you wondered what everyone heard and what would happen next. In fact in March I attended a mastermind business seminar for three days. It cost more than $4,000 to attend. At these sessions we get to spent time in groups of ten to discuss significant issues. I took this opportunity to pose a question to over 40 of the attendees. I said, “now that you have just heard from 14 expert speakers and have at least 100 new ideas on what needs to be done, what are you going to do next?”

Most of these people are hard working successful business owners and not one person that I spoke to had a clue on what process they should use.

Last week I conducted a two day workshop of 47 very successful sales professionals. I warned them that we would cover the best practices for building a business; the operational systems that they would need to implement and a set of marketing strategies to support their business growth. I told them that at some point they would reach information overload and that was normal. I also said that before they left I would demystify everything and provide a simple to follow process that would enable every sales team to leave with a comprehensive plan for implementation.

When the session was over I received the following responses. This was the best workshop that I have ever attended. 100% of the participants said they would recommend it to their peers. 100% of the participants left with a customized plan for implementation.

About thirty years ago I made a decision that I would never allow my time to be wasted by attending the typical meetings that we outlined before. In fact I flat out refused to attend. I decided to focus on solving this dilemma of wasting time the accepted way. Since I was a commissioned sales person, I knew every minute spent on internal meetings was valuable time that I could not spend with my clients. I worked on a planning process that began to produce very effective results. Now I don’t want to mislead you and say that I was able to reduce these unproductive meetings to zero. However, I am willing to bet that I did reduce that type of meeting by 80%.

For all other mandatory meetings I used the process that my sales team and I developed. The one system that I have taught to more than 3,000 people. When I reviewed this process at our mastermind business seminar everyone said how can I buy this process. If you are interested just go to www.vision-in-action.com and purchase a very inexpensive starter e-book that will get you on the right track. For those who want the entire system that you can use for every planning activity in your company there is a more comprehensive solution available. As part of the solution I will provide ten presentations with voice over as I train you in the process for every unique situation. You can use it through out your organization. I have priced these services very low so that you will feel compelled to share it with your friends and business associates.

I am the place in my career where it is time to leave a legacy behind. What can I give to the business community that will make everyone much more productive? I make these statements with a high degree of first hand field knowledge. You see I used it to take a sales organization that was doing $2M in revenue per year and grew it to an average revenue of over $160M. I have worked with the most productive insurance agency in the country whose annual commissions were $1M per year when we started and are now in excess of $25M per year. I have worked with over 125 other businesses to show them how to apply this process.

This is a system developed by professionals for professionals. This is not approved by the Harvard Business School or the Wharton School of Business. I have read many of the textbooks and quite frankly while academically sound I would challenge any of them to a good old competitive street fight in the world of real business. It would be the biggest ass whipping that they have ever received.

If you are ready to challenge traditional thinking then give this guaranteed risk free approach a try. You will know in a matter of days what so many of our clients have learned. The secret to effective planning and execution is the difference between the okay and great businesses.
